Our litigation group handles complex, high-stakes work for sophisticated clients with a clear, transparent partnership path and a level of autonomy rarely seen at other firms. We're hiring an experienced trial attorney, ready to step into a leadership role on day one.

What the role actually looks like

This isn't a "more of the same" position. We want someone ready to:

• Run cases. Lead matters from intake through resolution with direct partner support, not partner approval, on every move.
• First-chair depositions, hearings, arguments and trials, depending on your experience level. And second-chair trials with a clear path to first chair.
• Mentor junior associates. Build the bench while you build your own practice.
• Develop client relationships. We actively support our attorneys building their own books, and we compensate them for it.
• Shape strategy. On cases, on practice group direction, and on how we grow.

Our caseload spans commercial litigation, employment disputes, construction, real estate, and complex civil matters across Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• PA bar admission required; NJ admission strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and managing your own caseload
• Trial or arbitration experience (jury or non-jury, first or second chair)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing
• The judgment, presence and client-facing maturity of a near-partner
