Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Location: Centennial, CO Employment Type: Permanent Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of warehouse operations. This role will lead a team of supervisors and associates, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity Align warehouse operations with company goals and customer requirements Supervise and train warehouse and stockroom staff Monitor receiving, picking, inventory, and shipping activities Implement cost control measures and operational policies Oversee daily cycle counts and approve inventory adjustments Identify finished goods ready for shipment and ensure timely kit pulls for production Manage shrinkage tracking and reporting Prepare monthly warehouse operating reports Create and maintain Kanban systems for stocked items Maintain consignment inventory and ensure accurate tracking Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe, compliant work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Adhere to standard operating procedures Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS, and inventory management At least 2 years of team leadership experience Prior experience in contract manufacturing or distribution environments Experience with domestic and international shipping processes Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $48.07/hr.
