Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: October 23, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs. Potential to float to similar patient care units. Every other holiday required.

Highlights:

• Provide care for medical/surgical telemetry patients in a progressive acute care environment
• Rotating day/night schedule with 12-hour shifts
• Float opportunities to similar patient populations within the facility
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation
• Comprehensive onboarding includes pre-start modules and ongoing competency training
• Extension opportunities available for up to 18 months

Requirements:

• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry
• Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Background clearance with no open cases; no license disciplinary action
