Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy for diverse age groups
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on collaboration
• Ability to work effectively across elementary, middle, and high school populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students from early childhood through adolescence
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote inclusive learning environments
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of session progress, evaluations, and recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as required
• Provide direct and consultative services tailored to each students unique needs
