to join our established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Dubuque, Iowa. This is an opportunity to step into a stable, high-demand practice with a clear path to ownership, strong clinical support, and a schedule designed for balance.
Position Overview
$450K+ first-year compensation

Schedule & Practice Structure

3 days clinic ,

1 dedicated surgery day

1 call day per week

1:5 (potentially 1:6) weekend call
