As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with commercial clients and business partners. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, coordinate solutions, and ensure they receive a professional and consistent experience throughout their relationship with Catch Vibe Voice. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, approachable, and capable of balancing relationship management with business development objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and business partners.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and relationships.
• Understand client needs, business objectives, and potential opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen existing commercial relationships.
• Conduct professional follow-ups with clients, prospects, and partners.
• Coordinate internally to ensure client requests and expectations are properly addressed.
• Support client retention and long-term account development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, opportunities, and account activity.
• Assist with presentations, proposals, meetings, and relationship-building initiatives.
