Remote, US Contract Arts, Entertainment, and Media Posted 07/29/2026 We’re Blue Bear, a Denver-based social media agency, and we’re growing our Creator Pool: a network of freelance creators across the country who film short-form video for consumer brands you’ve seen in your fridge, your pantry, and your feed. How our Creator Pool works: Brands bring us video concepts and we post them to our creator portal. You let us know which projects you’re interested in, and if selected, you’ll film them on your phone at home, and send us the raw footage. Our team handles the editing, and the client publishes the final cut on their own channels. Here’s what you’d actually be doing: You’ll act out short video concepts based on a basic outline: talking to camera, reacting to products, cooking, hanging out with your dog, the usual. No editing and no posting to your own accounts, so no follower count necessary. The pay: $200 per video plus up to $75 to cover out-of-pocket expenses when a shoot calls for them (recipe ingredients, a specific shirt, and so on) Quick‑turn projects pay more You’re paid per video as a 1099 contractor, and you decide how many projects to take. Some of our creators film once a month; some treat it like a steady side gig. You’re likely a fit if you: Are comfortable on camera: face shown, speaking naturally, improvising from an outline Can self-record with a smartphone and a phone tripod (that’s the whole equipment list; a clip‑on mic and lighting are nice‑to‑haves) Are 18+ and live in the United States Communicate well and hit deadlines you’ve signed up for Bonus points if you: Cook, have camera‑friendly pets, or have a partner or friend willing to jump into two‑person videos every once in awhile Have a background in or natural inclination toward acting, comedy, fitness, parenting content, or anything else that makes you the obvious pick for a specific video concept Blue Bear Creative is actively working to build a Creator Pool that reflects a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and faces.
