About Zooby Neighborhood Superheroes

At Zooby Neighborhood Superheroes, we don't just fix houses-we save the day for local homeowners! We are a fast-growing home improvement company dedicated to protecting and upgrading our community's homes with premium roofing, siding, garage doors, and exterior services . We pride ourselves on transparent service, incredible quality, and a high-energy, supportive team culture.

We are looking for outgoing, motivated Home Improvement Canvassers to join our squad and be the face of our brand in San Antonio neighborhoods. No capes required-just a great attitude and a drive to succeed!

As a Home Improvement Canvasser, you are the first point of contact for our future customers. You won't be closing hard sales; your primary goal is to spot homes that need our help and book free inspections.

• Map & Move: Walk designated San Antonio neighborhoods to engage face-to-face with local homeowners.

• Inspect & Educate: Identify homes with visible exterior needs (aging roofs, worn siding, outdated garage doors) and offer free inspection services.

• Generate Leads: Seamlessly input homeowner information into our system to schedule appointments for our project estimators.

• Represent the Brand: Be a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable "superhero" in the community.

• Communication Champions: You love talking to people, have a high level of energy, and aren't afraid of rejection.

• Resilience: D2D marketing takes grit. You look at a "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes."

• Reliability: You are self-motivated, punctual, and can work independently in the field.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods (and handle that Texas heat!).

• Requirements: Must have a smartphone, reliable transportation to get to the territory, and a valid driver's license.

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Base hourly pay to keep you steady, plus massive commission multipliers for every lead that books and closes.

• Growth & Promotion: We are actively looking for top performers to step up into Lead Canvasser and Field Manager roles quickly.

• Comprehensive Training: We don't just throw you to the wolves. We provide paid, hands-on field training to give you the exact script and tools to win.

• Team Culture: Regular team-building events, performance competitions, and a supportive environment.

If you have a competitive spirit, love the outdoors, and want a job where your paycheck directly reflects your hard work, apply today! Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or roofing/siding sales is a plus, but not required.
