Job Overview: The Site Admin / Clerk provides day-to-day administrative and documentation support to the project’s Safety and Operations teams. This role helps keep site activities organized by managing time-related records, maintaining accurate and accessible project documentation, and assisting team members with routine administrative needs. The successful candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in an active construction-site environment.

Position is available in Parker, Colorado

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday (5/8s)

Per Diem: No Per Diem

Job Functions:

• Support the Safety and Operations teams with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.

• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date project files, records, logs, and forms.

• Assist with document control, including receiving, filing, tracking, distributing, and retrieving documents.

• Support time-management activities by helping collect, organize, review, and maintain time-related records.

• Prepare, scan, copy, file, and distribute routine site documentation as needed.

• Help ensure required documentation is complete, properly organized, and available to the appropriate team members.

• Track administrative requests and follow up to help meet deadlines and daily site priorities.

• Coordinate with Safety, Operations, and other site personnel to resolve missing or incomplete documentation.

• Handle project and employee information with professionalism, accuracy, and appropriate confidentiality.

• Perform other related site-administration duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Attention to detail and a consistent approach to maintaining accurate documentation.

• Good written and verbal communication skills for working effectively with Safety, Operations, and site personnel.

• Ability to follow established document-control processes and maintain orderly records.

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with multiple site teams.

• Comfort working at an active construction site and following all site safety requirements.
