Monday–Thursday | 7:30am – 6:30pm Who You Are: You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working with data. You ensure accuracy in inventory inputs, audits, and compliance, and you partner closely with the Inventory Manager to identify issues early and support consistent processes across production and warehouse operations. What You’ll Do: As an Inventory Coordinator at Curaleaf, you’ll support accurate inventory movement, strong compliance, and seamless operations across production and warehouse teams by: Conducting regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across all production areas Reconciling physical and system inventory levels and verifying finished goods received from manufacturing Assisting with lost SKU investigations and promptly reporting discrepancies with proper documentation Supporting order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods as needed Accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations Preparing weekly compliance reports and supporting departments with audit needs and compliance-related updates Providing training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity Identifying opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency Upholding company policies and regulatory standards while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives What You’ll Bring: 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems or Excel, ideally within distribution, fulfillment, or production/warehouse environments You are highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities You can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and enjoy working in a physically active environment You have basic math skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office You are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes Even Better If: You bring advanced experience working with database and data-warehouse systems, including integrating, extracting, and managing data across multiple platforms You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar inventory/ERP systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary Environmental Conditions Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis) Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels What We Offer: Health & Wellness • Medical, dental, and vision insurance* • Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)* • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Wellness program and challenges • Gym discounts Financial Security • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Life and disability insurance* • Supplemental Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Insurance* • Commuter benefits* Time Off • Paid time off (PTO) including vacation*, sick leave and holidays • Parental leave • Bereavement leave Additional Perks • Employee discounts • Recognition programs • Pet insurance* *Available to eligible, full-time employees only.
