Meeting Street is currently looking for an IT Support Specialist for 40 hours per week. 

Duties:

• Serves as the primary on site point of contact for hardware, software, network, and audiovisual issues across the Providence, Dartmouth, and New Bedford campuses, escalating to the Managed Services Provider service desk according to the agreed ticketing and escalation workflow. 
• ·Supports clinical, education, and administrative end users with a strong customer service orientation, translating technical issues into plain language for non-technical staff. 
• Acts as the named on-site liaison to the Managed Services Provider's account team and service delivery lead, participating in ticket triage, changing windows, and scheduled maintenance so that on site conditions are accurately reflected in the      Managed Services Provider's work. 
• Documents on site network, hardware, and configuration details and keeps that documentation current in the shared,      Meeting Street owned knowledge base and asset inventory. 
• Assists the Managed Services Provider with on-site verification of firewall, wireless access point, and switch health, and physical execution of the agreed hardware refresh and remediation roadmap for aging network equipment. 
• Manages multiple concurrent support cases, sets realistic expectations with end users, and follows up to confirming a resolution. 
• Documents technical procedures, recurring issues, and solutions for future reference by both Meeting Street and the      Managed Services Provider.

• Three to five years of hands-on experience with information technology support or systems administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory or Microsoft Extra, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Position hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00AM -4:15PM; Friday: 8:00AM – 3:00PM
