How you'll make an impact in this role This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Cardiologist to join a high-volume, employed practice with a robust internal referral base and the comprehensive diagnostic resources of the Ascension Saint Agnes cardiovascular network.

• Join an established team of 8 physicians and 7 APPs
• Call structure: 1 week every 4-6 weeks
• Practice setting: Outpatient and inpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Lead comprehensive patient care journeys by balancing a dedicated outpatient practice with essential inpatient rounds to ensure continuity of care from the clinic to the bedside.
• Deliver life-saving diagnostic insights through the expert performance and interpretation of TTE, TEE, and nuclear stress tests to guide precise treatment plans.
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Board Certification in Echocardiography preferred
• Fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease

What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
