Payroll Processing Associate

On-Site role Job Duties & Responsibilities: Work with payroll data while maintaining strict confidentiality. Process manual check requests and support payroll operations through client systems. Communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve payroll issues. Perform auditing tasks related to payroll accuracy. Maintain strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency with a 10-key calculator. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Qualifications: Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Basic proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Access (data entry focus). Payroll experience preferred, but not required, training will be provided. High energy, dependable, quick learner, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
