Witco is seeking a Full-Time Time Graveyard Shift DSP in our residential home settings.

Witco is human service organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Incorporated since1974 we were one of the original organizations dedicated to this service, and proudly one of few to retain a not-for-profit status.

Summary:

Our Direct Support Professionals establish safe and favorable living conditions in residential and group home settings. DSPs assist group home residents in living more independently and achieving their full potential by offering care, assistance, and support. Our Support Professionals provide a variety of in-home support such as food prep, assisting with domestic tasks, medication administration, financial management, community access, doctor visits, job search, and moral support. DSPs assist with mobility, eating, drinking, bathing, toileting, hygiene and personal care.

Hire requisites include the following:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and clear driving record.
Dependable and reliable with excellent attendance.
