Real Estate Sales Associate

McIntosh Fine Estate Homes is seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Sales Associate to support residential and luxury real estate transactions. The role involves developing client relationships, assisting buyers and sellers, coordinating property showings, preparing listings, and helping clients navigate the purchasing and selling process.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with clients, real estate professionals, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and other service providers. The company maintains an extensive network of recommended vendors and trusted lending professionals to support its clients throughout the real estate process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and evaluating residential properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property tours, showings, and open houses.
• Research comparable properties and prepare market information for clients.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining property listings.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Coordinate appointments, property inspections, showings, and other transaction activities.
• Communicate with lenders, inspectors, contractors, title companies, and other professionals involved in transactions.
• Assist clients with preparing offers, purchase agreements, and other transaction documentation.
• Monitor transaction timelines and communicate important updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate client and property records.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to promote properties and generate new business.
• Build a professional network through referrals, community involvement, and client relationships.
• Stay informed about local housing-market conditions, property values, and relevant real estate regulations.
• Provide professional and responsive service throughout the client relationship.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or ability to obtain one in the applicable state.
• Previous sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Familiarity with residential real estate transactions and property marketing.
