Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab unit. As an essential member of the therapy team, you will work collaboratively to provide high-quality care to patients recovering from various injuries and illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Instruct patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and rehabilitation exercises.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist license.
• BLS certification required.
• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab practices.
• Must be flexible and possess excellent teamwork skills.
