Pay, Schedule, and Location $19.69/hour pay rate Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 100% onsite Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM 1 hour lunch Temporary role Located in Houston, TX Duties and Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls regarding benefits, eligibility, claims status, and authorizations Provide first call resolution by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions Document all customer interactions accurately within CRM and claims systems Handle claims inquiries, including submitting reconsideration or adjustment requests when necessary Route calls and cases appropriately with detailed documentation Track trends in customer inquiries and elevate issues to management as needed Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications Previous customer service experience in healthcare or call center environment preferred Knowledge of claims processing and healthcare benefits strongly preferred Experience with CRM systems and data entry required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Salary range based on experience.
