Job Description Seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment based immigration law to join a team of high caliber colleagues with quality support in the way of legal, technical and administrative staff. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of immigration law and procedures, is expected to supervise paralegals and support staff, and works well in a collaborative environment. A detailed evaluation of the candidate’s knowledge of U.S. immigration law will be part of the preliminary interview process. Requirements Excellent substantive and technical grasp of the IV and NIV process based on experience processing cases including H-1B, L-1 A/B, O-1, E-1, E-2 and E-3. Experience with EB-5 cases is preferred. The ability to stay calm and focused, supervise and motivate paralegals and support staff. Additional Information Murthy Law Firm utilizes E-Verify to verify employment eligibility. A state and federal background check is required.
