Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU/Neuro Critical Care position requiring BLS, NIHSS certification, and 1-2 years of acute care experience.

Details

Neuro Critical Care unit in a 295-bed acute care hospital
Patient ratios of 4:1 on day shift and 5:1 on night shift
Night shift schedule, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
No on-call requirements
May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility
Uses Meditech EHR

Requirements

Active RN license (KY or Compact)
Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility required

Additional Information

Provides critical care nursing services to neurological patients
Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel rate
Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
