The Crossings of Willmar, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Part Time) to join our growing team.

Position: Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Hourly: $17.00 - $22.00 for HHA and $19.00 - $24.00 for CNA hourly, depending on experience

Service Area: 2103 9th Street Southeast, Willmar, MN 56201

Schedule: Flexible hours, full/part-time or on-call available

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
