Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion.
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
- Expert-level Oracle Fusion Pricing & Order Management (OM) experience.
- Strong configuration and implementation experience in Pricing and OM.
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with other enterprise applications.
- Ability to lead the Oracle Fusion practice, establish standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring consultants and building Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Knowledge of current Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and features.
- Pre-sales, estimation, proposal, and solutioning experience is a plus.
