Working one-on-one with children, you'll help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. With guidance and mentorship from our experienced clinical team, you'll create meaningful learning opportunities through play, connection, and encouragement.Your responsibilities will include:Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settingsMaking learning engaging through play-based and interactive activitiesSupporting children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating their progressCollecting data and documenting skill development and behaviorsCollaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and successAdapting teaching strategies to meet each child's unique strengths and needsBringing patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every sessionEvery day is different, and every milestone—big or small—matters.What We're Looking ForYou don't need prior ABA experience to get started—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
