Job Title Human Resources Generalist Address Dundee, MI Job Description Support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Serve as the first point of contact to address employee inquiries. Manage HR communications, including employee notifications and outreach. Coordinate onboarding activities for hourly and salaried employees. Support investigations and documentation related to employee relations. Assist with leave of absence administration and workforce adjustments. Critical Information Onsite role in Dundee, MI primarily on the first shift with flexibility for off-shifts. Occasional weekend support may be required. Education / Licenses Needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 1.5+ years of HR experience. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
