Wholesale Hearing Direct is hiring a full-time, telehealth-based Dispensing Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Specialist to work onsite from our Palm Coast, Florida Programming and Support Center.

Patients are already reaching out because they want help with their hearing. Your job is not to convince them that care matters. Your job is to listen, educate, and help them choose the best technology for their hearing needs and budget.

This is not a handoff role. You become the patient's provider, similar to how you would in a clinic. You help them select the right devices, program their hearing aids, provide remote support, and continue with follow-up care.

What You'll Do

• Speak with patients through a telehealth-based care model from our Palm Coast Programming and Support Center.
• Understand each patient's hearing needs, goals, lifestyle, and budget.
• Recommend appropriate hearing technology from multiple major manufacturers.
• Program the hearing aids for the patients you help.
• Provide remote support, adjustments, and follow-up care from the Palm Coast Programming and Support Center.
• Educate patients clearly so they can move forward with confidence.
• Help patients access better technology at a more affordable price.

Who We're Looking For

• Dispensing Audiologists or Licensed Hearing Specialists with an active provider license in the United States.
• Candidates do not need to already hold a Florida license, but must have an active hearing healthcare provider license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong communicators who can educate patients clearly and build trust through telehealth conversations.
• Providers who want autonomy, strong income potential, and a patient-first way to practice.
• Professionals who are comfortable earning through performance without relying on pressure tactics.

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential.
