The wood processing team converts raw lumber into high‑quality machined wood components used in the production of windows and doors across our facilities. Schedule Options Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Evenings: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am Weekends: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm Highlights of Your Role Operate a range of vintage and modern wood manufacturing equipment with a strong focus on safety and precision. Use high‑performance software and tools to set up accurate and efficient machining processes. Handle the flow of materials by offloading completed parts to designated locations and inputting wood stock for upcoming production. Monitor equipment performance and proactively respond to changes by making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Qualifications Experience operating multi‑head woodworking equipment. Solid understanding of machining processes and the ability to resolve complex production scenarios. Experience changing tooling independently and safely to support production needs. Ability to read and use calipers and other measuring devices to verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications. Hands‑on experience setting up and running CNC or wood processing machinery, ideally in a production environment. Familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and a commitment to working safely.
