Position Overview:
Nabozny & Associates, Inc. is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Producer, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

 
Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Property/Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred).
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Aligns with culture values of diversity and inclusion.
