What You'll Do

As a Virtual Policy Support Specialist , you'll:

• Meet with clients through Zoom and other virtual communication platforms

• Assist clients with policy service requests, benefit information, and general support

• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism, trust, and follow-up

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout every client interaction

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

• Collaborate with a supportive remote team focused on continuous growth
