Software Engineering Manager - Digital Experience, Web/Mobile

Responsibilities Manage a team of software developers and ensure productivity and motivation Oversee the development and delivery of software projects Provide technical guidance to team members Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects Contribute to the strategic planning process of the organization Drive continuous improvement in the software development process Requirements BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Full-stack development designing interactive web applications, developing microservices, public cloud solutions, web services (REST APIs), Kafka messaging, and integrating with vendor APIs Minimum of 15+ years of experience within a combination of .NET, Angular, Javascript, C#, SQL server, AWS(container and server-less), Git, Visual Studio and/or front-end technologies. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Manager/Tech Lead capacity Minimum of 5+ years in a Solution Architect capacity Cloud technology solution experience: AWS certifications preferred Financial-industry experience, particularly in wealth & asset management organization Strong Executive Presence, excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to convey technical solutions to the entire organization Hard Skills Full-stack development microservices public cloud solutions web services REST APIs Kafka messaging .NET Angular Javascript C# Soft Skills team management technical guidance stakeholder management risk mitigation strategic planning continuous improvement executive presence oral communication written communication technical solution presentation Certifications & Qualifications AWS certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
