White Oak Post Acute is looking for an ADON (LPN or RN) An Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) by managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance (federal/state), and overseeing daily clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Clinical Supervision: Oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures. Quality Assurance: Monitor patient care, conduct rounds, and implement improvement plans. Administrative Duties: Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating nursing staff. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and state/federal regulations. Patient Care: Coordinate care plans, review medication passes, and visit residents. Qualifications License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Experience: Several years of nursing experience, often with prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in a long-term care setting.
