Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding ** Customer Service** by warmly Greeting Customers , actively listening to their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Execute effective ** Sales** strategies and ** Selling Techniques** to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating strong Interpersonal Communications .
• Accurately process transactions using a ** Cash Register** and ** Point Of Sale** system, ensuring precise Cash Handling and adherence to financial procedures.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through regular ** Merchandising** and ** Stocking Merchandise**, ensuring store Cleanliness .
• Develop and maintain thorough Product Knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries and recommend appropriate items.
• Actively participate in Loss Prevention efforts by being vigilant and following established security protocols.
• Demonstrate strong Problem Solving skills to resolve customer issues and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
• Support store ** Operations** by assisting with inventory counts and understanding daily operational flow, occasionally assisting Management with tasks.
• Exhibit Multitasking capabilities, efficiently managing customer interactions, sales transactions, and merchandising tasks simultaneously.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, showing Leadership by example and supporting colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on ** Customer Service** and Sales .
• Thorough knowledge of ** Cash Handling** and operating a ** Cash Register** and Point Of Sale system.
• General knowledge of ** Retail Sales** principles and Selling Techniques .
• Excellent ** Communication** skills, both verbal and written, with comprehensive knowledge of the English Language .
• Is expected to be ** Detail Oriented** and possess strong Organizational Skills .
• Ability to perform physical tasks including regular Lifting Ability of up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of General Mathematics for accurate transaction processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to develop and apply Product Knowledge effectively.
• Experience with Merchandising and maintaining store visual standards.
• A track record of successful Problem Solving in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with Loss Prevention best practices.
