They are responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of their store's business. They are accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment that aligns with the company's mission. Please also note, General Managers are eligible to participate in the Company's Monthly Store Incentive which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range.
