As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll play an important role in supporting both our Sales and Service Departments. What You'll Do Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm service appointments Assist customers during check-in and check-out Process payments and cashier transactions Support Service Advisors with customer communication and administrative tasks Coordinate loaner vehicles, rentals, and transportation as needed Scan documents, enter data, and maintain accurate records Work closely with the Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting teams What We're Looking For Customer service, receptionist, administrative, or dealership experience is a plus Friendly personality with excellent communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Team player with a positive attitude Schedule Full-Time MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Part-Time Flexible weekday and Saturday hours available. We'll work with qualified candidates to create a schedule that meets both your availability and our business needs.
