Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, systematically establishing rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, address stability concerns, and plan for potential discharges.

• Design, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous records, including detailed progress notes and up-to-date documentation for every client interaction.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs accurately.
\n
• Provide a specified number of individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to facilitate continuous learning and clinical excellence.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
