Project Designer/Architect

The responsibilities of the role include developing and managing project designs from concept to completion, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring projects adhere to timeline and budget constraints. Additional tasks involve space planning, overseeing project submittals, and supporting the project management process to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that align with client needs. Projects range from Commercial/Adaptive Reuse, Creative Office Renovations, Tenant Improvements, Post Production Studios and High End Residential Qualifications Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and handling Submittals Experience in Space Planning and Architecture Strong skills in Project Management Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD & SketchUp) Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Proficiency in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Licensure as a registered architect or working toward licensure is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr FINITETEK INC
