Overview Role: Supply Chain Analyst (Project Operations & Tracking Support) Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 / hr (Depending on qualifications and education) Location: 6625 Excellence Way, Plano, TX, USA (100% Fully Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Language: Bilingual English/Korean (High/Fluent Proficiency Required) Role Summary The Supply Chain Analyst will coordinate and expedite the flow of work, materials, and project requests within and between departments according to production schedules. This role serves as a key operational support specialist, utilizing fluent Korean communication skills to bridge cross-functional teams, manage detailed Excel trackers, and consolidate feedback on open action items. The ideal candidate will combine strong organization skills with 2–4 years of experience to monitor work processes and ensure total compliance with corporate standards. Top Skills Bilingual Communication (English/Korean): High/fluent speaking, reading, and writing proficiency required to facilitate daily communications and vendor/HQ alignment. Business Analysis & Tracking: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically gathering requirement data and managing complex Excel trackers. Process Improvement: 2–4 years of experience tracking operational workflows, consolidating feedback, and identifying process or system bottleneck solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Tracking & Coordination: Support the team by organizing and tracking the progress of all project requests; gather and consolidate feedback on open action items and follow up on process/system inquiries. Data Management & Reporting: Take full ownership of managing Excel trackers. Review, record, and distribute production data, work orders, and shipment schedules while compiling detailed reports on inventory levels and costs. Process & Quality Monitoring: Examine documents, materials, and products to assess completeness, accuracy, and strict conformance to established company standards and specifications. Requirements & Resource Planning: Review operational documents, production schedules, and staffing tables to accurately determine personnel and material requirements, prioritizing resources to meet production demands. Inventory Control: Requisition and maintain precise inventories of materials and supplies necessary to seamlessly support fast-paced operations. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field). Experience: 2–4 years of related experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational analysis required. Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel (for tracking and data manipulation) and MS Word. Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of cost analysis (manufacturing, labor, materials) and familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production. Core Competencies Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Meticulous approach to recording data, documenting client/customer information, and maintaining trackers without errors.
