Store Floor Lead: Coach, Ops & Guest Experience
CSC Generation Enterprise
Sur La Table in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Store Floor Lead to inspire customers and drive store performance. In this leadership role, the Store Floor Lead acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD), supporting the GM/Store Manager to meet sales and operational goals.
You will coach and onboard associates, represent the brand, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with SOPs.
