Tier II Help Desk Analyst — Onsite IT Support

Zones, LLC is looking for a Help Desk Analyst II in Dallas, TX, to address user issues and maintain the Tech Bar. As the first point of escalation for technical queries, you will troubleshoot hardware and software and assist remote workers with equipment management. The ideal candidate has a minimum of an Associates Degree and 2+ years in technical support, along with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
