Clinical Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring of conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess all required Pennsylvania clearances and certifications.
• Current documentation of a health examination within the last 90 days.
• No declinations of MMR or TB testing.
• Ability and willingness to work all shift times, including days, nights, and mids.
