Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive sales and engagement of health and wellness products.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries.
• Utilize text, and social media for sales campaigns.
• Process orders via phone, email, and website.
• Follow up on referrals and leads.
• Manage and grow client relationships.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of inside or retail sales, customer service or related experience.
• Passion for health and wellness is a must!
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
