Delphos Wireless is looking for energetic and motivated Wireless Sales Representatives to join our Cricket Wireless retail team. Whether you're an experienced retail sales professional or looking to grow your career in wireless sales, we provide the training, support, and tools you need to succeed. If you enjoy helping customers, meeting sales goals, and earning uncapped commission, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right wireless products and services while creating an outstanding in-store experience. Your responsibilities include: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer. Recommend Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, plans, and services based on customer needs. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and upselling. Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories to customers. Process sales, payments, activations, upgrades, and account changes using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records. Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment. Participate in daily team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing training. Stay up to date on Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and industry trends. Assist with inventory management and store operations. Supervise store activities when assigned. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's Cricket product line. Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings. Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences. Effectively communicate how cricket products can meet customer requirements. Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable products based on customer input. Address customer concerns, provide additional information, and overcome objections. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order completion. Build customer relationships for potential future sales opportunities. Retention is important to us at Delphos Wireless! Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes. Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Join meeting huddles to help report these sales and report trends during morning huddles. Qualifications: Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or marketing is a bonus. Training: Comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures will be provided.
