Kofax Developer

Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end Kofax solutions including workflows, capture processes, and KTM-based data extraction models.
- Implement intelligent document processing solutions for classification, extraction, validation, and routing of documents.
- Integrate Kofax platforms with enterprise applications such as ECM systems, databases, and cloud-based platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop custom scripts and extensions using C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and VBScript following object-oriented design principles.
- Configure, install, and maintain Kofax environments, including servers, scanning components, and service pack upgrades.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Kofax applications and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and test plans.
- Support testing, deployment, and production rollout activities for Kofax solutions.
- Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Kofax development and enterprise document capture solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM).
- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and VBScript.
- Experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and document processing lifecycle.
- Experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance of Kofax environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise ECM platforms and cloud integration.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
- Strong experience in production support and performance tuning.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
