responsibilities:
- Create, coordinate, and publish comprehensive project deliverables, including highly accurate drawings, details, and models utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
- Act as an area or system lead designer on large projects, providing technical leadership and rigorously reviewing the work of junior designers and early career engineers.
- Independently identify options to solve complex technical problems, itemize pros and cons, and clearly present findings to the design team and customers.
- Take ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget impacts while breaking down tasks and providing accurate work estimates to leadership.
- Drive cross-discipline coordination, perform thorough code research, and collaborate directly with engineers and owners to align on system requirements.
