Citizens Alliance Agency Location: Clara City, MN Job Title: Insurance Agent Overview The Insurance Agent is responsible for identifying insurance sales opportunities and managing a portfolio of clients. This role develops risk management strategies, services new and renewal policies and sells a range of insurance products including life, property, casualty, health, auto, and farm/crop insurance. The position operates with a high level of independence and minimal supervision. Responsibilities Identify insurance sales opportunities and manage a portfolio of clients. Develop risk management strategies, service new and renewal policies, and sell a range of products including life, property, casualty, health, auto, and farm/crop insurance. Maintain accurate customer records, plan and prioritize work, and stay informed on regulatory and compliance requirements. Prioritize workload, manage time, and work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Ensure regular attendance and punctuality at work. Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed. Install a Multi‑Factor Authentication app on a personal mobile device if required. Adhere to all applicable federal, state laws, regulations, and guidance, including BSA/AML and bank policies. Perform other duties as assigned and requested. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Continuing education is required to maintain license.
