Every day, you will expertly manage patient reception, coordinate essential administrative tasks, leverage technology for seamless operations, and thoughtfully guide diverse patient populations, ensuring they feel at ease and understand their care instructions. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, technological proficiency, genuine compassion for patient well-being, and an adaptable, patient approach to facilitating a positive experience for all.Patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, referrals, electronic medical records, administers and supports the clinic's billing, and insurance functions, in accordance with internal standards and procedures, and regulatory requirementsInstilling a favorable first impression and gaining the confidence of the patient during the scheduling/registration processBusiness related tasks including, but not limited to, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, interviewing patients or their responsible party to obtain necessary information when completing the registration/scheduling processAssists with other business related functions as neededRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferredHealthcare experience
