Unified Women's Healthcare is the leading national platform for women's healthcare. Our affiliated practice in Cape Coral, FL, is seeking a Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Position highlights include joining an established and successful practice that has served the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers community for over 30 years. The practice is a large single-specialty group with 14 MDs (3 GYN only), 8 Midwives. The role includes 1 call day per week, post-call day off, and 1 weekend call per month. There are 3 clinic days per week seeing 20 patients per day. The delivering hospital is Cape Coral Hospital, with 30-40 deliveries per month, focusing on low-risk OB only.

Compensation and benefits include competitive compensation based on experience, CME reimbursement, comprehensive health, dental, and vision, 401k with matching, short- and long-term disability, company paid life insurance, company paid malpractice coverage, and a supportive and appreciative culture.

Requirements include AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife, graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME), master's degree in nursing (MS/MSN), active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license, CPR and NALS Certification, current unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain, one year of full-time experience as a CNM is preferred, and labor & delivery experience preferred.
