Customer Service Manager

Position Summary This position is a key support position for customers and company’s commercial team. Main goal is to help ensure customer satisfaction through an effective level of support, communication and follow up. The Customer Service supports the sales process and is an integral part of the commercial team. Position Responsibilities Customer Service — Utilize AXN Sales Order Process: Enter Customer Purchase Orders into NetSuite system. Confirmation of Pricing Prior to Shipment Coordination with Logistics Planner for all Shipments per Customer Requirements Process Approved Credit Requests as Required by Management Customer Service — Maintain timely and effective communication with Sales Team on Customer Matters Customer Service — Direct communication with customers in North America Main Challenges The main challenges of the Customer Service Manager is to find ways to facilitate the successful order entry, provide updates as needed on where in process orders are as well as coordinate the pickup of finished goods. The Customer Service Manager is a key element to support the sales team and help manage customer relationships. Requirements Education : A high school diploma is required; although a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field is desired. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role is required, with a proven track record of attentiveness, effective communication and problem resolution. Specific knowledge: Good understanding of industrial products, commercial vehicles are preferred. Technical skills: Knowledge of NetSuite as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Soft skills: Teamwork, written and oral communication, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively work within the team and interact with customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
