Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional strongly preferred
• Exposure to administrative responsibilities or direct admin assistant experience is a plus

• Flexible, reliable, and eager to contribute as part of a support team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the special education director to facilitate daily operations
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence
• Assist with classroom activities, student supervision, and learning modifications as needed
• Maintain accurate records and confidential information
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Support teachers and staff during instructional and non-instructional periods
