Project Estimator I

Our client is a leading energy infrastructure company seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator I to join their Engineering, Construction, & Supply Chain division. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical energy projects while developing your estimating expertise in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates for energy infrastructure projects Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop comprehensive estimates Collaborate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to gather project data Maintain and update estimating databases and cost models Support feasibility studies and project due diligence activities Participate in estimate reviews and present findings to stakeholders Assist in risk assessment and cost optimization initiatives Travel to project sites as required for data collection and validation Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience: 0-5 years in project estimation, construction, or engineering Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction/energy project processes Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted license with clean driving record (no alcohol/drug offenses in past 5 years) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of Up to $45/hour 12-month contract with potential for extension Opportunity to work with industry-leading energy infrastructure projects Collaborative work environment with experienced professionals Standard business hours This is an on-site position located in Juno Beach, FL.
