What You'll Do:

1. Provide direct personal care including bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility support.
2. Assist residents with daily living activities to maintain dignity and comfort.
3. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
4. Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members.
5. Uphold a resident-first, team-focused environment.
