HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Brison Developments is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support a variety of civil, residential, commercial, and road-building projects based out of Windsor, Nova Scotia. Part-time or full-time positions are available. If you’re skilled, safety-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate dozers, excavators, and rock trucks safely and efficiently Perform earthmoving, grading, and mass excavation tasks Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work closely with site supervisors and labourers to maintain productivity Follow all safety procedures and site protocols Qualifications Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience GPS machine-control experience is an asset, but not required Strong understanding of heavy civil work and safe operating practices Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively What We Offer Competitive wage based on experience Health and dental benefits Opportunities for continued skill development Steady work with a locally owned developer, homebuilder, and road-builder About Brison Developments Brison Developments is a locally owned and operated developer, homebuilder, and civil construction company based in Windsor, Nova Scotia.
